Quality Compliance Engineer

The Quality Compliance Engineer reports to the QA Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all process, product, and system requirements comply with internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory and certification requirements. This role supports the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, drives effective non-conformance management and CAPA, supports internal and external audits, and promotes a strong quality culture to ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations before release.

Requirement:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Wood Technology
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environment

• High self-discipline, eagerness to learn, proactiveness with positive attitude to challenge status-quo, cooperation and passion with quality mindset to achieve results
• A good team player plus the ability to work independently, delegate tasks where necessary and close follow-up on action items to meet deadlines

• Analytical approach and pay attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Ability to comprehend and apply safety requirement and on-going work hazards identification i.e. LOTO
• In-depth product specification and process knowledge
• Good hands-on skills by active involvement in quality related issues and improvement activities
• Intermediate skills in MS applications, PowerBI and other quality analysis tools
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people
• Strong knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001
