Product Manager B2C

Avelgem - Flooring

Your future job

For our Unilin Flooring division, we are looking for a Product Manager B2C Sheet Vinyl. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our residential Sheet Vinyl portfolio across international retail and DIY channels.

You will manage end‑to‑end product lifecycles, build data‑driven business cases, and ensure our collections meet consumer expectations, retailer needs, and market trends. This role offers a blend of strategic ownership and operational involvement, with strong visibility across the business.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Product & Portfolio Management are key responsibilities. You own the full B2C Sheet Vinyl portfolio and ensure a healthy product lifecycle. You collaborate with major retail and DIY partners on assortment.
  • Monitor and analyze performance by market and retailer, conduct market research and competitor analyses, identify trends and growth opportunities, and translate findings into clear keep/kill/add recommendations.
  • Prepare and lead the roadmap for new collections and translate consumer insights, market trends, and regional design preferences into relevant product proposals.
  • You estimate expected volumes and profitability for portfolio decisions and new launches.
  • Prepare showroom spaces, participate in fairs, contribute to industry events and organize product trainings.
  • Act as a strong counterpart for Sales Directors—confidently challenge proposals and defend portfolio decisions. Other stakeholders are Marketing, Design, R&D, Supply Chain, and Planning. You facilitate knowledge sharing with the B2B Product Manager to ensure consistency and synergy.

Who are you?

  • You hold a master’s and a first experience in product management or portfolio analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with cross‑functional project management and structured workflows.
  • You’re capable of building and defending clear business cases.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and highly reliable in planning and follow‑up.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
  • Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Business‑oriented mindset with affinity for interior design, flooring, or product aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, results‑driven environment.
  • Eager to grow, learn quickly, and take ownership from day one.
  • English needed, Dutch/French/German is a plus. #LI-LV3
