Project Manager Supply Chain
Your future job
Are you passionate about driving impactful change in a global environment? At Unilin Flooring, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager Supply Chain to join our Global Business Improvement team and help shape the future of our supply chain and customer service operations.
You will work in a decentralized model led by the regions, while your team operates centrally as a service partner with its own autonomy. As Project Manager Supply Chain, you’ll connect IT, business, and operations, coordinating projects and ensuring smooth change management.
- You will coordinate a wide variety of global projects, both IT-driven and non-IT initiatives, in the domains of supply chain and customer service. These projects are focused on digitalization, process improvement and operational excellence.
- You will take ownership of project delivery from start to finish — from blueprint to go-live — including user acceptance testing, change management, and stakeholder alignment. You flexibly contribute as a resource in other projects when needed.
- You will act as a bridge between IT, business, and operations, ensuring smooth collaboration and co-creation of solutions that meet real business needs.
- You will translate business challenges into clear IT requirements (and vice versa), helping to shape strategic roadmaps that drive improvement.
- You will support and energize key users and project teams, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and a mindset of continuous improvement.
Who are you?
- You have a background in business engineering (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
- You’re passionate about supply chain processes and digital innovation, with a solid understanding of transport, warehousing, and logistics.
- You have hands-on experience with IT or ERP projects and feel at home in IT-driven environments.
- You’re a structured thinker with strong coordination skills who likes to bring clarity to complexity and enjoys actively contributing to project success.
- You’re an excellent communicator in English (Dutch is a plus), capable of engaging and motivating diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
- You’re flexible, resilient, and thrive in a fast-changing, pragmatic environment.
- You’re a connector — someone who sees the bigger picture and brings people and ideas together. #LI-MD1
