Job Title: Maintenance Administrator
Reporting to: Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities: Provide maintenance administration and proactive support to the Maintenance Department.

- Business Administration / Management qualification desirable
- SAP Experience is highly desirable
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Administration of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) data
- Management of goods in / good out for the maintenance department.
- Carry out regular stock counts, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained and address deviations.
- Maintenance stores to be 6S organized, and stock / critical spares levels maintained.
- Actively sourcing reduced cost solutions with existing and new suppliers.
- Working with the purchasing department to effectively source parts and arrange delivery/collections.
- Assign new stock items to their proper locations and assets within the SAP system.
- Providing daily, weekly reports on assets, costs, KPI’s etc.
- Arranging contractor site visits and liaise with the Maintenance Team to ensure the work is complete.
- Administration of all statutory checks, contractors, scheduling, service reports, and associated H&S.
- Administration and control of all maintenance documentation, drawings and training packs.
- Actively participating in Continuous Improvement projects and site projects.
- Proactively providing solutions and making suggestions improving site and maintenance operations.
- Issuing out relevant training packs and information to Maintenance Technicians.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Responsible for ensuring a safe, clean working environment.
- Regularly providing progress reports to the engineering management team.
- Responsible as part of a bigger team for ensuring that all operational targets are achieved.
- Undertake any other tasks & training appropriate to the position, as requested by management
- Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
